routine help please

routine help please

im after a way to increase my arm and chest size after i get off holiday
the routine im doing is

day 1
deadlifts
wide grip chins (with extra weight)
hammer curls

day2
flat bb bench
db shoulder press
tri dips (where you put your feet on a bench)
flat press ups

day3
front squats
stiff leg deadlifts
calf raises
crunches

i do the press ups as i find they work for knackering my chest at the end of the routine
my arms are getting bigger, but theyre not getting solid
should i just go on an arms routine for say 6 weeks (doing 3 times a week bis/tris/forearms)? or should i stay of frankies routine and change the exercises?

    No dont start workin each of them 3 times a week as this will have less effect as i have learnt.If u want to get bigger arms i think u should add another isolation curl e.g bb curl db curl.Also on that day add bb bent over rows and if it was me id add some skullcrushers on tricep day.Also id scrap the press ups and add incline bench press.Hope that helps

    I'd add dumbel rows in their, i like these find they fatigue my arms alot. Possibly on day one.

    I'm not FAT I'm on a BULK. ;-)

    Add rows, consider Skulls or cg bench to replace Bench dips, and more shoulder work.

    not been on here for a while, sorry

    im going back onto cgbench on the next set (i did 12 weeks of them and then swopped them for the dips)

    i'll probably go back onto the bbrows instead of the chin ups next time round
