routine question

Does anybody do a split one week then a fullbody the next, id like to know what kind of results this would yield?

    most stick to 1 training routine instead of mixing them up

    i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

    main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

    Its something I have actually thought of, going from full body to split every other week could act as deload. In my state of prepondorance, I had thought of something like this to ensure consistency and progress, although I never tried it out

    Week A

    Day 1- 5x5
    Squats
    Bench Press
    Rows

    Day 2- 5x5
    Deadlift
    Military Press
    Chins

    Day 3- 5x5 (Use same weights as Day 1)
    Squats
    Bench Press
    Rows

    Day 4- 5x5 (Use same weights as Day 2)
    Deadlift
    Military Press
    Chins

    Day 5- 5x5 (Use same weights as Day 1)
    Squats
    Bench Press
    Rows

    Week B

    Day 1- 5x5
    Bench Press
    Rows

    Day 2- 5x5
    Deadlift
    Mili Press

    Day 3- 5x5
    Bench Press
    Chins

    Day 4- 5x5
    Squats
    Abs

    What i was thinking was Frankies 5x5 split one week then his fullbody the following but doing it 3 days.

    bro just stick to one of his routine for a full cycle as he said 8-12 weeks then hit his full body routine your second cycle
