Lat raises dont seem needed, you should do your back excersizes before your bicep excersizes. If you dont have bars to do deadlifts the could do weighted chinups instead. Upright rows dont really seem needed either. I would exchange preacher curls for hammer curls and i would only do one direct bicep excersize because back lifts work biceps also. I think you have to much on leg day. Try doing squats, stiff legged deadlifts, and calf raises, if you do them very hard you wont need any other excerizes and you will grow fine. What do you do for abs? try hanging leg raises and crunches

Do reps of 5x5 or 4x6

    tommy,

that routine is not very good. some good exersizes, but poorly arranged.

    some pointers for the future:
#1 biceps do not warrent a workout of thier own, train effectivly and you will barely need to touch them. 1 exersize is plenty.
#2 never, ever do a compound afetr a isolation movement. dip first, do the other stuff later.

using the ezersizes you listed [i am assuming they are all you can do] i would gun for something like this is mass was my goal. on all exersizes, use a weight that you can manage with perfect form for 3x8.

GIVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN ON THE FIRST EXERSIZE, DO NOT **TRY** TO SAVE YOUR ENERGY FOR SUBSEQUENT SETS/EXERSIZES. THEY ARE LISTED IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE.

NOTE TO OTHER READERS/CRITIQUERS.. i have not included DL's as he has not in his selection.

    day#1
    military press
    dip
    close grip bench
    side bends
    day#2
    goodmornings
    wide grip chins
    close grip chins
    dumbell rows, bent over
    day#3
    front squat
    sldl
weighted sit ups [DO NOT DO YOUR 20REPS ETC, 3X8 IS FINE]

    that should see you fine.

wow, i wish i'd thought of that. NOT

#1 did you not see the two posts below mine, by him, saying he CANNOT do CGB and chins of any sort.
#2 why have you told him to crunch, thay are crap, build no strength at all and only work 1 small part of the trunk, namely the upper portion of the rectus abdominis. are his obiliques not important???
#3 you have nothing for lower back - the most important body part

    tommy,

you do not need a bar to do CGB, just watch your form using DB's
there really is no replacement for chins imo, but 1 arm DB rows and very heavy curls will have to do i suppose.

lastly tommy, please ignor this idiots advice about failure, take a look at the thread in this frum entitled "shoulders" if you eant any further explanation.

Many be you should have less of a ego and listen to him more.....

he is a BBer and i train train for strength, so why would i want to do that??

i arnt impressed by your behaviour....
and i'm not impressed with his blatent lack of knowlage and respect for other members.

and you dont make much sence in you posts.......
well you should use the quote function, or copy and paste the parts that you don't think make sense into a new post and i will happily explain them for you. or maybe you, and indeed him, if you are not one and the same person, should learn how the body works before you go shouting yourmouth off, then maybe it would make sense.

I fully agree with Robert's routine which is simple and effective given the equipment you have, though I'd probably include flat dumbell bench press on day 1 as well in the chest part of the workout. and don't worry Tommy I won't insist on my routine LOL . You could try skullcrushers instead of close grip becnch if dumbells is all you have to work with.

Personally I'd join a better gym with barbells, etc as it sounds like you will soon outgrow this one.

Hardcore, I fail to see the benefit of the routine you have recommended. Please enlighten us as to why it would be so much better?

Malkye.... there is no need to flame bro. Do not get involved if there are issues between Robert & Hardcore. Try and keep it polite otherwise this topic is gonna be locked by a mod.
