ryvita and other crisp breads

are these ok to eat as a pre workout snack an hour before the gym with some peanut butter and cottage cheese and does it matter what sort of grain you buy as they come in multiple sorts, i bought the ones made from rye

    I always have a pack of the Ryvita mini bite crisps to hand, they are lovely. I also buy the Ryvita wholewheat cracker bread, which is good stuff too.

    They're good and I really like them - having a bit of a nairns oatcake thing at the moment though.

    I think they generally taste like cardboard but if you like em eat em :)

    They aren't the nicest tasting things, but when I've only got them to hand and I'm starving they do the job ;P
