safe amount of test after tendon injury

I snapped my tendon in my pec, its been about 7 months now and I've put a lot of weight on so im wanting to cut up. Im going to run t3, var and test, as test is bad for the tendon I was wondering what dose would be safe to use as to not interfear with the recovering of the tendon? I'm not using heavy weights as to not strain it, more cardio and isometrics.

I have read somewhere that higher doses of test alone can make tendons brittle,  maybe a low dose of test with deca, eq or hgh?.

High doses of test reduce collagen (apparently)

Personally I wouldn't bother running anything above trt dosages until you're 100%, and even in this event I wouldn't bother unless you have low testosterone to begin with ( low t can slow healing too)

It is more to do with Test causing muscle tissue to trophy more quickly than tendon tissue.
This is only an issue if you go crazy and try to progress too quickly.
A low dose of Test a week and some sensible training would be fine.
Just watch out for any niggles and pains from tendons and don`t ignore them.
Look at running some HGH or HGH releasing Peptides alongside the Test to help the tendons "keep up"

thanks guys, I was going to do 300mg but I read that after this kind of Injury to not go above 200mg, would 200mg be enough to stop the t3 eating my muscles tho or should I go with 300mg?

My knowledge of T3 is limited,  but I would say that would depend on the doses of T3 that you plan to run.
It may be a better idea to leave it out.

I think I'll just run it at 200mg as I've read its safe to do so at that low dose and just take it easy
