Yes I personally would reheat them again in the microwave, just make sure they are heated thoroughly. Be aware though, the taste/texture quality may be impaired.
I favour stir fries for cooking in quantity and then keeping in the fridge for 2 or 3 days. You can use a variety of different protein sources (chicken, lean beef or pork, prawns, salmon etc) and plenty of veg. Add rice for carbs. Also nice cold.
