saturated fat in mackrel?

I have been eating loads of mackrel for ages, and usually make a point of reading most food labels, however just the other day I noticed something worrying on the packaging of some Morrisons mackrel it clearly states that a half pack contains 73% of your RDA for saturated fat! I always eat the full pack and can't believe it contains this amount of saturate

I noticed this too the other day after buying some from Sainsburys.I think that the food labelling system is very misleading as I thought the fat in mackrel was unsaturated.I also noticed on a bag of ground almonds a big red circle for the fat content. Its good fat so its crazy to be labelled like that.

    It doesn't matter.
The daily tin of coconut milk I have contains 3 and a half days worth of my saturated fat allowance, and I'm not about to drop dead!

if thats you in the picture i beg to differ, but on a serious note i read a few threads on sat fat a while back on here and its actually not as bad as its made out to be by the media/government. so i wouldnt worry to much and if u wanted i could dig out a few posts and web sites on it. (i can recall it mainly being about the countries that were used in the tests)

As above, some people are hooked up and think that sat fat is just completely, bad, yes it isnt great but not as bad as its made out to be if consumed in moderation.
