say what u think about my new 5x5

ok sorry guys for my many questions but I just picked my final 5x5 routine from man posts by you guys Does it look fine to you?

Dayone pull:
Deadlifts
close grip underhand chins
Dumbbell rows

Day two:
flat dumbbell bench press
dips
standing military press

day3 legs:
back squats
barbell siff legged deadlifts
crunches


What u think?
can it be improved?

    I would swap the chins for medium grip pullups.

    boxer , can you explain medium grip pullups? do they do the same as chins?

    I'd get rid of the crunches and do a real core exercise, like weighted situps, Turkish getups, farmers walk etc.

    I wouldn't swap the close grip chins. I usually say if your doing curls, do wide grip chins/pullups and if your not use close grip chins as they work the biceps a bit more. Otherwise the routine looks good, only thing I would change is sub out the DB rows for BB bent over rows.

    OK. If you go to the gym at uni then you have most of what you need there. But I'm not sure they have anything for chins.
    As for the standing military press, they have an excellent piece of equipment for seated military press. I'd suggest you use that. Easier on your back too.
