self-made effective fat-burner

hi all.
i thought i would share a good fat burning 'secret mix' that works very well with you all. i know you can buy tabs on the internet,but this is just a cheap option that works.

you will need the following
caffiene tabs,ephedra tabs,asprin(if you want),normal green tea,ginger,cayene pepper(red pepper), lemon juice,nicotinic acid tabs(a b vitamin)

take this about half an hour before training on an empty stomach.

an hour before training, with your pre-workout shake take the following. b-complex,l-carnitine tab,lecithin cap,kelp tab,mct oil

the ephedra mix increases thermogenises, while the other mix helps to make the fats available for burning.

trust me it works (although it's no miracle)

    I'm sure it does work -but how do you know it is more beneficial than just ECA? Very expensive to take and some useless ingrediants there

    Can you explain the inclusion of the lemon juice.
