self-made effective fat-burner
i thought i would share a good fat burning 'secret mix' that works very well with you all. i know you can buy tabs on the internet,but this is just a cheap option that works.
you will need the following
caffiene tabs,ephedra tabs,asprin(if you want),normal green tea,ginger,cayene pepper(red pepper), lemon juice,nicotinic acid tabs(a b vitamin)
take this about half an hour before training on an empty stomach.
an hour before training, with your pre-workout shake take the following. b-complex,l-carnitine tab,lecithin cap,kelp tab,mct oil
the ephedra mix increases thermogenises, while the other mix helps to make the fats available for burning.
trust me it works (although it's no miracle)
