shake recipe

heres my shake idea been drinkin this stuff for breakfast for years now. Bit of an aquired taste but all my m8s try and steal it wen im at the gym so cant b that bad.

Breakfast = all in one breakfast shake - 1 banana, 2 scoops whey, 1 scoop ice cream (vanilla is best), pinch of sugar, pint of milk, 2 eggs blend it like a mofo bung it in the fridge for a bit and kneck it. ice cream is optional just makes it taste better no real nutritional value.

Are these raw eggs? Is it ok to drink raw eggs, I thought they had to be cooked.

best to cook but u can eat them raw if they come from a good farm - no chicken aids or woteva lol- personnal preferance really very rare to catch anything from raw eggs people used to eat shed loads of them before they knew that chickens had diseases n stuff
