whats the best moves to build big shoulders.

    most exercises work shoulders.To get big shoulders your best of with compound moves e.g military press bench press etc could u tell me how your workout goes each week ill be able to advise u more from there.

    I personally find Hanging cleans brilliant ive put on so much size since adding them there now a key part of my training. My routine-For the one and two reps on hanging i really load the weight on.

    Hanging cleans- 1st set_ 10 reps
    2nd 8 reps
    3rd 6
    4th 2
    5th 1
    6th 6

    Standing military press 1st 2nd and 3rd 12 -10- 6 (respectively)

    Shrugs (dumbells) 4 sets (reps 12,10.8,6)

    chest press machine shrugs 3sets (10,8,8)

    side raises 2 sets 10


    I'm not FAT I'm on a BULK. ;-)

    Thats the best IMO.
    Military press - anterior deltoid
    Upright row - Lateral Deltoid
    Rear delt row - Posterior deltoid
    Front lateral raise -Supraspinatus

    That will give you big shoulders but becareful not to overtrain. At 3x8 9 have a hard time doing all of the above myself.
