I personally find Hanging cleans brilliant ive put on so much size since adding them there now a key part of my training. My routine-For the one and two reps on hanging i really load the weight on.
Hanging cleans- 1st set_ 10 reps
2nd 8 reps
Standing military press 1st 2nd and 3rd 12 -10- 6 (respectively)
Shrugs (dumbells) 4 sets (reps 12,10.8,6)
chest press machine shrugs 3sets (10,8,8)
side raises 2 sets 10
