shoulders

Only been training for about 5 weeks or so and in the last week have been getting a lot of pain in my left delt, pain to the point where i can't press more then 2 reps without it hurting, any ideas on what I should do? I left it for 11 days until I trained again and it still hurts.

    Have a bit more time off, See if it goes, if it continues go see your local docs just to be on the safe side. IMO sounds like u could of strained it, but i ain't a physeo or docter, so don't take my word.
