show me the light

Hi guys,

I have read a few of your journels and thought that it was a smashing way of keeping dedication and keeping me fired up by being able to come back and look at progress made to inspire and promote confidence.

A few things about me
been weight lifting about 3 days so a complete novice
22yrs
5ft 8"
70kg
wasit 32"
biceps 12"

i will get some other measurements and post up as soon as i get a measuring tape lol.
this is my routine at the moment

monday
bi's, tri's & shoulders

rest

wednesday
chest & upper back

rest

friday
lower back, abs

Now before you say i need my wheels seeing to i can't at the moment as i had a motocross accident a while back and can just about walk at the moment so i do not want to hinder my healing as i still have hospital appointments to see if they will need to operate. But i will incorperate my wheels into the workout when i am told it is safe for me to start working on them again.

I am still getting to grips with my diet routine so i will post that when i feel it is up to scratch for you to take a look over.

this is me at the min my chest needs some work and a little thining around my mid section also.
Any other points you feel i could do with extra attention ?
thanks....
