simple pudding

Was playing around the other night and came up with a simple protein pudding that you guys might like:
 
100g low fat natural yoghurt
2 scoops whey
1 tablespoon honey
nuts/seeds/fruit etc
 
mix the whey and yoghurt in a bowl, add honey and keep stirring then add nuts etc as you see fit - pop in the freezer for and hour to an hour and a half and you have a nice protein frozen yoghurt/ice creamy type thing.  If you're on a cut you could miss out the honey.  When I made it on Sunday I used a scoop of unflavoured whey and a scoop of banana build n recover and also crumbled in a home made protein bar, yesterday I just used 2 unflavoured whey and 1 1/2 tsp of splenda and it still tasted nice.
 
If you don't leave it to completely set it goes to the consistency of condensed milk and still tastes nice (I found it hard to wait til it was all frozen).

    Nice! I'll try that later with my Bodytronics Mass Attack EVO. Should be quite nice with vanilla i reckon.
     
    Something similar which i like to do is just mix up a bit of whey in low fat fromage frais. Might be worth a go?
