skim milk powder

I believe that skim milk powder has less carbs than regular milk with the same amount of protien as regular milk. Would probably make a good before-bed shake by itself or with some whey since its slower digesting than whey. I'm not sure on the carbs/fat thing, but I'll check it out next time im shopping.

I believe James has a great mass building shake that he makes using skim milk powder. It is in MuscleMenus.

Just bought some, carbs are still there, but i figure since there is barley any fat I could mix it in with my post-workout shake to get some extra carbs.
