The book is solid, but don't expect any big gains. It's based around isometrics and frequent bursts of pressups and crunches. He wants you to aim for a thousand pressups a day...but you can take all day to do it. You're encouraged to master the handstand to build shoulder strength. Back work is mostly isometrics. Diet advice seems fair considering what Bronson had to eat in jail lol he's clued up about EFAs and that.
