sorry more questions diet

Hi all
I am new to this forum. Hopefully this is the right place for my questions.
My goal is to get in shape I am not really looking to become a big bodybuilder.
I am 5,10ish and 190 pounds. I have a bit of a belly which needs getting rid of and I need to tone my arms, chest, shoulders and abs etc.
I have been doing weights now for about a month I have also really changed my diet.
I am eating salad with chicken, tuna or ham everyday. Since going this I have lost around 10 pounds. Is this diet ok to build some muscle I suppose I am wanting to mainly build muscle on chest and arms.
I dont go to the gym I just do weights in the garage I have a weight bench with flys. I also have dumbells, barbells etc. Cheers Adam

    Hi adam....

If your diet is showing results then its a step in the right direction....but remember a good diet has to be balanced and inlcude all food groups from protein, carbs and fats.

Might be worth posting in the diet and nutrition section for more advice..and reading thru some of th eposts there will give u an idea for what others are eating.

    good luck tho bud
