sorry to bother u all again but can you give this the once over for the last tim please

i now know my main goal is to lose fat first so there for need to cut please take a look at the following and share you advice

7.00 oats soya milk 2egg whites one yolk
10.00 chicken breast some grapes
13.00 tuna salad plus 1small sweet potatoe
16.00 apple before the gym + little cottage cheese
17.00 gym
19.00 salmon 2x veg plus a little sweet potato or yam

I USE FIT DAY .COM TO HELP TRACK CALORIES WHICH IS ROUGHLY 1600

work out is as follows
taken from www.johnberardi.com

day 1) 30 degree incline db press +jada sit ups +25 hiit cardio

day 2) squart with db +seated calve press

day 3) pull ups + dips 25 min hiit cardio +sit ups

day 4) dead lift +standing db military press +25 mins hiit cardio

day 5) REST
6 sets 5xreps one min rest between the set
on days 2+3 altenate between the two excersises

THEN REPEAT THE 5 DAY ROTATION BACK TO BACK FOR THE WHOLE 4 WEEKS BEFORE GOING ON TO PHASE TWO WHICH IS THE SAME EXCERSISES BUT 10 SETS AND ONLY 3 REPS ALSO INCREASING THE WEIGHT

I AM GREATFULL FOR ANY ADVICE ( NEW TO THIS)

    why have you put that there i know my goals now iv been tracking my cals on another site just wanted some advice on the diet and excersise

    Your worrying to much, going round in circles and starting to annoy some people Im afraid.. you have been given loads of advise but if your looking for one person to say eat this and do this and you will be thin for xmas your not going to get it. Take action girl! get to the gym and do one of the routines you have been given for a couple off months. Eat more protein more veg, dont eat crap, see what happens. If things dont work after that then you can ask for advise to put those things right. Take on board the advise you are given or disregard it, everyones bodys will respond to different things, no one knows exactly what you need to eat to loose weight, you need to figure it as you go along. You have been given everything you need to know for the time being, now go try it out!

    Hi yoyokaz,

    I just saw your other post(was away on holidays) & just wanted to know why you wanted to get your body fat down to 3%...

    It's definitly not healthy for a woman to be so lean. Are you getting ready for a show?

    yes wanted it down by 3% by xmas and jess1eb dont no why i am starting to annoy some people they dont have to reply ya no. i thought this forum was for advise and i didnt think there was a limit to that SORRY
