RE: special techniques
actaully i have increased my weights and this is from 7-8months of training hopefully by the end of the 6weeks holiday i'll be at 65kg-benching.
i just wanted to know if i should strentch before/during/after a workout as many people are saying many different things.
and i will go on a bulking frenzyand eat **** loads in winter(cold!!!) till spring then cut.
bench press- 65kg-8
barbell curl- 25kg-5
lateral raises- 10kg-10
