special techniques

is there a article on special tecniques that can help maximise the effectiveness of weight training ie strenching, special foods, when to train........

if there isn't a article on most of these subjects is there one for just strenching

lifts;

bench press- 65kg-8
squat- 70kg-20
deadlift- 90kg-6
barbell curl- 25kg-5
skull crushers-20kg-7
lateral raises- 10kg-10

    Mate really looking at your number's you really should just increase the numbers you're lifting, eat **** loads, and rest, if you want some effective routines follow these right to the T and you wont go wrong http://216.17.22.84/uploads/CW_Programs.zip , and most importantly STOP OVER ANALYZING, if you're not getting anywhere its cos of over analyzing you havent increased your weights that much

    actaully i have increased my weights and this is from 7-8months of training hopefully by the end of the 6weeks holiday i'll be at 65kg-benching.

    i just wanted to know if i should strentch before/during/after a workout as many people are saying many different things.

    and i will go on a bulking frenzyand eat **** loads in winter(cold!!!) till spring then cut.

    lifts;

    well imo stretch before you sleep every day so not to excite the CNS too much and increase recovery whilst asleep i have put some stretching routines in the post the definative guide to training in the BB forum, do that 5x20 sec holds
