    Okey here ya go:

    bodyweight= 69kg
    Squating max= somewhere around 60kg.

    Bodyweight squats done with hands touching floor and ceiling. 200 reps. Danm i'm sweating like a pig.

    do you mean reps with no bar, I.e. just body weight? or reps with your bodyweight on the bar??

    I can just about see the point in doing these for conditioning and fitness, they are not going to make you strong though.

    I can Do 250, Good For Conditioning and my Mate Does 500 (As too could Ken Shamrock when he first started his UFC Career), but i've heard that this will basically just wear your Knees which out ways there Benefit if you can do that many!
