!st cycle after of 12 months off training....

Getting back into training after a 12 month braek due to work.
Have used steds before on and off for 3 years so not really a novice.
I'm 5ft 10in, and 101kg with 28%bf - the result of a years hard work, no training and bad diet.

I'm getting back into training with the goal of developing the shape of my muscle (not so concerned with big gains now), and cutting up (dropping BF)

Got my training about right and diet, but would love some advise on a suitable stack to help acheive my goals. Also looking to include clen or eph to help cutting.

Not wanting to use anything with a long detection time.

Any advice, much app. Cheers

    welcome back

TBH the requirement for gear IMO is not there

although some meds will 'help cut' their contribution is smaller than jade goodys brain

    at 28% bodyfat?

    get a clean diet
    experience 'come back gains'
    do cardio
    lift weights

assess after that point with a good base

    ps

    Have used steds before

    *gear sounds nicer

I agree entirely - you should be able to make excellent progress with the correct diet and training plan. There's no need to use gear to maintain an anabolic state as frankly after a year off, anything you were going to lose has probably already been lost.

I disagree with this, however - nothing is as small as...

    gear really isn't needed mate.

my personal experience from having a year off goes like this,
before my year off, 168lbs roughly a 32in waist.
after 1 year off, 178lbs roughly 38in waist

6 weeks after getting back into training,
    168lbs and 34in waist

and i was recieving comments like have you got shoulder pads in. admittly i wasn't in a great postion to start with size wise, but if you were a good size and aren't worried about getting all the way back to that then gear really isn't nessecary

personally if i was you i would train for 3-6 months and then re-evaluate your situation.

    Thanks guys.

    A little more info;.....

Started back in the gym in April and have noticed some good gains, but a mix of BF and lean mass loss (too much LM!!)

Rough daily diet - 1 Pro MR with water, 2 pieces fruit
2 2xwholemeal sanswiches with turkey and salad
3 Pro MR with water, 2 piedes fruit
4 Small portion of lean lasagne, or pasta and meatballs etc (or similar)
5 small pachet chicken, beef or ham with 2 pieces raw veg or fruit
During the day I also drink 1ltr of water.

Training (5 days per week) - cardio 1hour
    crunches 3 sets to max
(once per week) Weights - day 1 Upper body - torso
    day 2 Arms
    day 3 legs
Six exercises per body group (eg upper body- bench press, flyes, military press, lateral raises, bent over rowing, lat pull downs) 4 sets of 12 reps

As I said above, my goal is not to build more mass but to develop and shape what I have and cut up by dropping BF.

    Cheers guys
