is it just me or do all gyms seem to be up loads of stairs. after a hard leg day you end up walking out like john wayne. must be to give the owners a good giggle..

My new gym is like that, 2 sets of stairs. Did my first leg session at the weekend, forgetting that I had to walk back down at the end.

Nearly fell down the fookers when I finished.

Stairs in gyms not the greatest idea in the world imo

I only have 2 steps in my gym

I drive back and forth from the gym and after a leg workout i struggle to keep my foot down on the clutch coz it is shaking so much

Clutch control goes out the window on leg day

I used to go to a gym that was downstairs so I had to climb up after a workout. I lost count of the number of times I couldn't quite lift one of my feet up over the next step and I went sprawling over them.
