started my cut...adivce needed please !

So I started my cut.

currently training about 4 days a week for 45 mins a time, followed by 20 mins cardio straight after.

Planning on doing cardio 5 days a week with the weekend off.

I've been looking into Tom Venuto's ebbok and looking at carb cycling :



mon/tues/wed - Starchy carbs for the first 3 meals (followed by 3 fibrous carb meals

thurs - high carb day with every meal containing starchy carbs


fri /sat / sun - same as mon/tues/wed


THEN REPEAT



do any of you guys rate this method...any success


I'm basically trying to lose some fat from my stomach, hips and chest (not much) whilst maintaining muscle (Im keeping my protein high and my efa adequate)

Bench  - 100kg for 6

Deadlift - 160kg for 6 (w/ straps)

    Yes i rate the above as it worked well for me in the first 18 months of my fat loss journey, i lost just over 50lbs.

    You cannot spot reduce ie: choose where the fat is to come off, your body will release where it wants to let it go, unfortunately in my case and many others the stomch seems to be the last place

    every 4th day i should have more carbs, should all meals be starchy carbs (even near bedtime)

    Bench  - 100kg for 6
