starting a whole new regime...... i hope it works!!!
I have been reading the forums relentlessley, and seen what a inspiration journals can make to others.
So i have decided to start one up, so that i can keep on track with my diet and exercise and if any, wanna put there two pence worth in the feel free.
here are me current stats;
approx 20% body fat (judging myself)
Enter miss toned feamle next year
and loose body fat whilst gaining muscle, although i seem to be gaining weight
I have change my diet recently so it goes like this
7am 2 scoops of whey powder
7.30 bowl of porrige made with water, and a bit of milk + cup of tea
10.30 ish 100g of chicken breast - either two ryvita or a peice of fruit
1pm 200g of chicken breast or some other meat, like makarel, tuna etc
3.30 100g of chicken breast and a piece of fruit
6.30 50g of carb source i.e. wholewheat spaghetti, rice or pasta 100g of meat
8.30 gym - 10 mins warm up
work on particlular area of de body for that day
30mins cardio or maybe more
10pm 2 scoops of whey
10.30 last meal mabe 2 ryvitta and 50g of cottage cheese
my meals may be slightly out depending on what i am doing, gym session times also change due to childcare and work
i have stuck at this for 4 days, going ok, but just feel as tho i have always got a piece of meat in my mouth.
what do you think so far?
