steak chow mein

this is wat ive been doing with my steak lately for a bit of a different twist as i find to much of one thing and i get bored with it !! cous cous being a prime example but thats a different story .

ingredients

1ib of steak all fat cut off ( i buy good quality rump )
handfull of mushrooms
i green pepper
2 jalapeano pepper
i large chopped onion
1 pack off noodles
2 table spoons of bisto
soy sauce

1) first off cook up ya steak how ever you like , i use my george foreman to keep that fat down . wen cooked chop in to bits of a size off your choice

2) while the steak is cookin wack your mushroom , peppers (both types )onions in a large wok along with half a cup of water and some soy sauce

3) put on a moderate heat and cover and let them cook in the water an soy

4) put the noodles on to cook in a seperate pan

5) now put the kettle on an add the bisto to half a pint of hot and mix

6) now mix the bisto with the vegetables

7) add steak to the mix and stir 2gether

8) add a quarter of the noodles and mix , then keep repeating till all noodles are mixed together

9) serve while hot

10) enjoy

i dont no the exact figures for fat cotent but from wat i can see its going to be fairly low cause the noodles have only a little ( did save packet but mum binned it ) !! your not frying anything the steak is nice and lean and the bisto is well low in fat to . so all in all a good meal and its nice cold to !!
