steroids ?

hello i hope some people can help here i have trained on and off for years now but for the last six months or so have hit the gym hard and dieted quite well and am pleased with the progress i have made . i am thinking of doing a coarse of steroids but am not sure which ones would best suit me i wouldnt want to bloat up to much as i find it really easy to bulk up . i am trying to upload some photos so you can see and hopefully guide me but unsure how to do this please help thanks

    you say youve been training on and off for 4 years, how long have you trained contiously and whats your stats and diet like, might be something we can do for your diet plan that will give you great results without going the gear route just yet

    my diet is as follows
    630 am 8egg whites bowl of porridge

    10am salmon witw salad apple and bannana

    1 pm 2 chicken/turkey breast oranges

    4pm pot of low fat cottage cheese

    630pm two chisken breast/turkey or steak with sweet potato or veggies

    2 scoops of whey protein before and after training train at about 8 o clock and have a high carb drink after training
    im about 14stone i think im in ok shape i always get idiots saying im on steroids which annoys me they dont relise how hard you have to work at it . also could u tell me how i could upload a photo on her thanks for your help

    ok you can generally upload a photo via photobucket and post the link. Your diet looks good on the protein side but lacks carbs in certain crucial areas and i dont see any PWO protocol either and very few healthy fats. I believe you can avoid the gear route and pack on some nice lean mass if the diet plan is sorted good and proper. My advice for now is to take a peek at this article so you can gain a better understanding of what needs to be consumed to gain quality muscle. Also nice going on including fruit in there too as well as some more veg as well id suggest.

    nice physique mate very nice. Still think you have good potential in terms of natural growth and diet should be able to sort it out, if it doesnt then you can always go down the gear route and there are plenty of peeps on the steroid forums that will be able to advise you on the proper procedure etc

    thanks alot mate trying to slim down cos im off to ibiza in 3 weeks any ideas what foods i should add or take away from my diet

    Ok if youre trying to cut down for bodyfat then i would suggest the following amendments to diet plan (dont think ou need to lose that much mate youre more defined than me and im 10%)

    6:30 am nice!
    10am drop the banana and add some more fats in from nuts/seeds
    1pm lean protein source with lots of fibrous veg and nuts/seeds 2 omega 3 fish oil caps
    4pm PreWo lean protein, carb sources and fibrous veg
    Train
    PWO: Whey in water
    PPWO: Carb source, lean protein, fibrous veg 1 omega 3 fish oil cap
    Bedtime: Cottage cheese with peanut butter or mixed nuts 1 omega 3 fish oil cap

    Bottom line its gonna be up to you on portion sizes and macros as i have no idea what you need as not enough info to go on really. If you want a further detailed plan just ask mate

    Thanks mate i know its hard to say looking at a photo would u say im around the 10%bf area then. sorry mate not that clued up on the terms fiberous veg? and what sort of seeds ? i forgot to say ido take 1000mg fish oil concentrate and 1000mg cod liver oil capsules in the morning. thaks again

    ok fibrous veg are as follows

    Radishes, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Peppers, Onions, Spinach, Green Beans, Beansprouts, mange Tout, Swede, celeriac, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, aubergine, courgettes, squash, lettuce and celery. Cod liver oil is naturally low in O3 content id say up your intake of O3 fish oil caps to between 6-8 at least. As for the photo you have more definition than me but you could have ripped abs at 15% and still gold fat elsewhere, for me i still hold fat on my lower back and abs and im 10% but i have ripped shoulders and forearms and a partially ripped chest, but being as white as a sheep its hard to show it on the camera

    a friend down the gym advised me when im ready to start by taking primabolin and winstrol to get some good gains has anyone used these 2 together and was results good
