I'm sure you'll get loads of response to this post, but here's a quick reply:
1) You can't develop just your chest and arms. It's the back and shoulders that support those "posers" muscle groups. Then without the legs you'll look pretty silly. Get over to the routines page for some help.
2) Steroids don't build muscle (contrary to what people will tell you, dealers included) - only food and exercise do. Post your diet in the diet forum and have a chat with the guys there.
3) Everyone wants a quick fix. Steroids don't actually do this. If you're new to it all, you're going to need a couple of years experience before the juice will actually help. I know you don't want to hear this (no-one ever does) but it's true.
