I started my tapering on saturday the 24th after a year of eating like an animal to try and gain as much muscle as possible. I kept my bodyfat in check throughout by using a 3days on 1 off approach to my diet. I would eat big and clean for 3 days then just pig out on the 4th. It worked! Anyway i posted my off-season pictures in the 'general' forum it's probably page 2.
Arms: L 16.5 R 17.5
I will start logging my workouts from tomorrow. Just to let you guys know, here in Oman Thursday and Friday is the weekend.
0600: 1 cup oats, 2 scoops pro-complex, animalpak, betagen.
0900: Met-Rx original MRP with skimmed milk.
1200: 2 large grilled kingfish steaks, 1 medium baked potato, 2 cups mixed veg, betagen.
1500: Met-Rx original MRP with skimmed milk.
1800: 3 grilled chicken breasts, 2 thin slices of wholemeal bread, 2 cups mixed veg, betagen.
2100: 2 scoops Optimum whey.
1200: 2 scoops pro-complex.
Im starting my diet slowly and hope to lose about a kilo a week. No more. I will start to gradually reduce carbs as i progress and increase protein.
