RE: strength gain quick results
Four weeks is not a lot of time to gain a great deal of strength. I would suggest posting on the beginners or the training forum and ask the guys there. They will probably tell you to do the basics which are the best such as deadlifts, pull ups, dips etc. As for supplements they ain't going to make much of a difference again particularly in such short time. I am not going to recommend any other form of drug etc. I would also suggest that you make sure your diet is good and clean.
