strength routine, please critique

this is what i came up with, 1 day at the gym, 1 day odd object lifting and 1 day lifting at home.

Monday - gym day
Dips 3-5x5
1 Arm deadlift 10 singles
Overhead Squats 5x5
Push press (untill I can build up to handstand pushups) 10 singles
goodmornings 10 singles

Wed - odd object lifting
sandbag clean and throw
sledgehammer swings
log lifts (bearhug type, since I have no stones)
car push
farmers walk
arm over arm row

Friday - home lifting
Turkish get ups 10 singles
Iron Cross 5x5
Bent Press 10 singles (from floor)
Hammer curls 5x5
dumbell snatch 10 singles
Dumbell swing 5x5

Going for alot of core/overhead strength on this.

    actually I have been thinking that I have alot of lowerback/core movements in their as it is, so I might drop goodmornings in favor of some barbell rows for upper back. What would be more effective for a strength/mass gainer, weighted chins or heavy rows?

    weighted chins as they're a closed chain exercise.

    btw what are DB swings, they don't sound good tbh.

    forget it, dropped em... i wrote that routine at about 3:30am, just putting stuff toghether hahah. And ya, i forgot chins were closed chain, again... late night thanks.
