stretching the hamstrings

can someone guide me ie with vids or something , my hamstrings are VERY tight,
ie i can't split my legs more than 45 degrees ,
i also can't touch my feet (ok ignore the big gut) but the hamstrings are tight and hurts if i go down too much,

    How are you training? I couldn't touch my toes at all (barely past knee!) until I started working on my Stiff Leg Deadlifts. After a few months I could touch my toes quite easily. Just make sure you stretch before and after.
