I keep seeing an advert for bio-oil, thinking of giving that a try as they say it gets rid of them, anyone tried it?

I had stretch marks when i first started workin out but thats cause i was performin 50 reps in each set.Ifound out it was too much stress for the skin i to thought it was good signs of progress but it really was because i was training badly since ive been training proply had no more stretch marks occur i had in the skin creses between chest and shoulder hopefully u aint doin the workouts like i was.

co-co butter is best for stretch marks, they are caused by rapid bulk or mass same as with pregnant women

im tempted to try co-co butter for that faint glimmer of hope, but being realistic, stretch marks are scars.

    simple as that

mine go from my upper chest, under the armpits, down the inside of my arm to my elbow (also down my legs. got loads around my belly aswell, but they are from being a fat git rather than weights!)
they have gone silvery now after a few years out of doing weights, but now im back in the gym they are becoming more prominent again.

they are just a result of your skin being stretched over your growing skeletal muscle.
not much you can do to prevent them, other than stop training ;]
