stupid cardio questions

im trying to stick some cv into my week but have a couple questions

firstly if your on a bulk should you stop cardio altogether?

and secondly is there any difference between doing (eg 200cal) worth of cardio or reducing your diet (200cal) besides the cv benefits?

This is from a personal point of view

cardio need not be excluded altogether, i would advise it is done on a non training day.

i would prefer cardio as opposed to not consuming the calories as the cardio can help strip fat better (with the right diet) than just reducing calorie intake (using the cardio 200kcal v eating 200kcal less)

i put forward my theory on this the other day

hard one to call, more cals means more micronutirents (higher energy flux) which is positive, cardio also improves general health and well being BUT fuelled wrong, cardio can be very catabolic, not great when trying to gain mass

so fuel up, no crazy AM empty stomach stuff, fairly enjoyable steady cardio IMO, in this situation appx 3 times a week could be beneficial but obviously not too long or brutal

I just stick to SS cardio 2/3 times a week for about 30 mins when gaining. Find that is sufficient IMO
