summer workout/diet

Over the course of summer (no college) I plan to go flat out on the working out and bb-ing, looking for tips on diet mainly.

Workout atm is:

Monday: Back/Bi
4x6 deadlifts
4x6 bent over db rows
4x6 dumbbell curl

wednesday: Chest/tri/shoulders
4x6 incline db bench
4x6 military press
4x6 dips

any advice on this as well?
