superone plus journal

Ok Have just ordered some superone plus, and so have decided to keep a journal to see how my progress goes. I shall put down my height, weight, current diet, measurements (need tape measure first though), current training regime, and lifting.

I am going to get some advice on diet though because, I want to maximise the gains I make on this stuff.

Age: 23 (well next month anyway)
Height: 187cm - 6' 2"
Build - Mesomorph
Weight 14 stones, 89Kg (goes up and down a bit)

Measurements to come later, any particular ones wanted let me know....WITHIN REASON....

    10 * 90kg
    20 * 80kg
    10 * 100kg

    Think that is the lot.

Generally I train each body part twice per week, I decide which part to train by seeing which part goes well with another, so for example NEVER do Bench and Triceps together. My training is also determined by pain, so if my arms hurt, and it should have been an arms day, then I will train something that does not hurt.

    Any questions let me know

For info on superone plus, either stick it in the search engine or go to www.1fast400.com and look at S1+, its a prohormone that my reading and questioning seems to indicate is pretty good, but not without side effects. Hence the need to take 6-oxo with it (some disagree, but bar the bank balance wheres the harm in taking extra precautions) and finishing off with agnus castus (womans supplement, wonder what the woman in my local H&B shop going to think when i buy that).

The training regime I put is is everything I do in a week, often do each body part twice, but am noticing am putting perhaps a little too much stress especially on my shoulders, which is effecting my training... will see how it goes.

For anyone interested, got my body fat measured today, its 12.8% of 11Kg of fat. not bad, especially with my high intake diet.

Any more questions will do my best to answer, still no tape measure but will post them def before i start the superone plus.

balls good to see you posting a journal mate!

i would advise against the 6oxo on cycle unless you feel you are holding to much water or have estrogen sides, it may cause less gains.

    keep it up mate.

Thanks Snoopy. you reckon. Leave 6-oxo till post then, what about agnus castus is that all ok to take with the 6-oxo post cycle.

My plan is start tomorrow Thursday, two sprays a day until bottles run out, but four weeks as max.

Thne run 6-oxo and agnus castus as PCT together. Hopw long for.

Thanks for all your advice and help snoopy
