superquick breakfast - a good idea?

how does 6 raw eggs, 80g oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 pint milk all whizzed up in a blender sound? it would be so much easier for me to get this food down me as a shake, plus save time in the morning as i'm getting ready for work. Only fear i have is the idea of raw eggs....is it ok to drink raw egg?

You are best cooking your eggs.

The protein from raw eggs isnt absorbed as effectively as cooked eggs.

Raw eggs taste fine IMO. Don't taste of much and the slimy texture is lost if you blend it with milk.

But you're best to get the pasteurised eggs that you buy by the litre. There are free range ones available.

I'm sure you'll find it if you google.
