Ok this is my following current routine
Seated low cable Row (neutral grip)
Seated OH row
DB Bicep Curls
No lowere back work due to muscular pain
Flat DB Bench Press
Seated Shoulder press (has to be machine due to inflexibilty in one shoulder)
Incline Barbell Bench press (smith machine)
Barbell SLDL's (if back allows - otherwise islotation exercise for hamstrings)
All the above done at 3 x 10
Toying with the idea of putting supersets in (not regular, but the odd week). Could somebody edit the above to illustrate where they'd fit in on the above routine?
