RE: supersets and force reps???????
supersets are sets normally done between 2 bodyparts back to back. for example, a superset would be doing 10 straight bar curls then doing 10 tricep push downs straight after.
force reps are reps you cant do on your own and normally involve your spotter helping you to push the weight rather than to help assist
