supp for 'natural' gyno

I'm 18, and since i can remember have always had gyno (puffiness of nipples). Only in cold conditions do they harden.Until the age of 16 i was extremely overweight and weighed in at 19 odd stones at 16 years old, lost most of it now, and built some muscle. My body fat is now normal. I'm interested in knowing whether Raloxifene (Evista)/ Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) can help reduce this.

Please note, i have never taken any PH/steroid or any other weird supplement.

Thanks

When you say hard, normally are they completely flat? And then when cold they become erect/hard.

Nipples arent meant to be solid hard all the time like when your cold. I would go to a doctor to see if is gyno, nipples do vary! Are they any lumps?

Also are you overweight at all?

its difficult to explain. Normally, i.e now, they are all soft, and kind stick out where the nipples are (like fat). Looks embarrasing in a t-shirt. There is virtually no nipple. When i'm in cold conditions my nipples firm up and those nasty two bulges dissapear. Right now i would be classed as perhaps slightly overweight, although my bodyfat % is within the normal range

Its just fat, loads of guys in my gym have what looks like gyno, not over weight, well some are, but even the ones that arent still have small titties.

Just get a diet and cardio regime sorted and stick to it for a few months.

Its fat, dont come up with excuses and genes and blah blah blah when you havent stuck to a strict diet and cardio regime for at the very least of 4-6 months.

What do you weigh now and at what height?

Id say its fat too. Dieting and cardio will probably do the job. I have very little bit of fat around there but it seems to be quite stubborn. Most probably look at getting it off next summer.

that means nothing you could still be 40% body fat or you could be a ripped 6% bf

if you are still holding a bit of fat chances are the nipple will change as you lose the weight , dont start using nolva or similar for no reason!

if you are lean ,consult your doctor and consider surgry

I have a friend with the same problem, he is very slim, the doctor said to him that he has to do a surgery to remove them, Is there a way to try and solve the problem without surgery ?

Thats right, as youve lost 6 stone, and for that, WELL BLOODY DONE ON YOU AND HOPE YOU KNOW THAT IS A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT!

but at 6ft 13 stone, its time to pack on that muscle. Im sure when you were at 19 stones your breasts were alot more fatty compared to now (duhh, obviously Stone!) As youve leaned out, just pack on the muscle for a few months and watch those man breasts grow into some hard pecs!

Cotsios, when your doctor says your friends needs surgery to remove the fat tissue around his chest, does that mean he has actually been diagnosed with the condition of gyno.?

Adil, speaking from experience (I have a moderate case of actual gyno which developed during puberty but has been made worse by illness and 'supplement' use) the only way to be sure and obtain piece of mind that this isn't gyno is to go to your GP for an examination. If it is causing you sufficient upset, you could discuss options to remove it with your GP which will include surgery (only available on NHS where the problem is causing severe issues with your self esteem / confidence which in turn could be seen as affecting your mental state, even then, not an easy op to get).

As said I wouldn't start out taking such things as tamoxifen to fix the problem as if you've had this 'gyno' for some time the tamox won't really help anyway (at least thats what I found personally). It may well be that you just have a little more adipose tissue to remove, sometimes that last little bit of fat is hard to remove from areas such as pecs, lower abs, etc. Sticking to a good diet and training program won't hurt and may do some good. But for true piece of mind, go see your doc

Ive had the surgery for this and wasn't happy with the results at all, dunno if it was just my experience or happend quite ofter..
1 nipple is slightly disfigured but no fat, and the other doesn't seemed to have changed!

waste of times really.. i must be 10% bf max, prolly less never checked, and they are very noticeable! kinda embarssing :(

    Hey Brothers.

Not that im personally recommending it or anything but if u cant beat it with good diet and cardio, why not give some nolva a go? Minimal side effects and is effective at shedding the water in that area.

But definately id be inclined to diet and cardio first.
