supp to perk me up on late night work outs?

looking for something to give me a kick up the back side and perk me up before workouts. I train late in the evening. Thanks

    Try a scoop or two of Boditronics Red Mist...

    Have not found any other supp to match its effects yet

    Shop arround though as there are some fantastic offers about - I tried a couple of samples from Boditronics and from Bargain Supps before i ordered some myself

    you will probally have trouble sleeping with caffiene.
    if you have no problem with stims the there are pleanty to choose from.

    A couple of years back I used to train quite late, usually after 8 o'clock.

    I used to avoid caffeine at this time cos it effected my sleep, if it effects your sleep, maybe try the following;

    1g- 2g of L-Tyrosine I used to find worked pretty well for me and did not effect my sleep.

    You could add 2g of Taurine that might help aswell.

    Myprotein's Pulse. I don't believe it contains caffeine and it definately will have a positive effect on your training as it contains a good mix of products. i train late myself so had to stop using these high caffeine pre-work out supplements, as they were affecting my sleep.

    dont get pulse, I mean i praise MP a lot, But Dam its a Bad Sup. I have been trying it on and off for 2 weeks The doseages as well off you need 40-50g. I tryed it one day the Caffine the next i train just after lunch time. And i couldnt tell the Difference between Caff or Pulse. And it costs a bomb defo give it a miss imo. Also Keeps me asleep big time!

    Caffiene gets my vote i love the stuff, Take 1 60mins b4 work out and 1 20mins b4 work out works a treat.

    Try a non-stim stack of;

    L-tyrosine (2g) + glucuronolactone (1g) + DMAE (2g)

    It will work fine without the DMAE as well

    learn something new every day. i always had the impression guarana was some natural stimulant that wasnt related to caffeine. how wrong was i

    i found pulse as good as NO-explode, and it comes at a cheaper price. but then again thats my opinion, seems to be alot of anti-pulse guys on this thread.

    Ephedrine and caff are awesome pre-workout but then again will probably keep you up half the night.

    Caffeine is good but sometimes it can mess up your sleep if you take it later in the day.

    Taurine, L-Tyrosine (sp) with some creatine work well for me. But the best thing is to ensure you get a large carb meal in pre workout so your energy levels are there.
