errrrrrm I guess not.
My diet is sound but I still use them, I also use vit c, zinc and some others. For some reason, ever since Ive been using them, Ive never felt sick or anything. Before then, I used to catch colds or get a temperature every like 3-4 months. Weight training lowers the power of immune system for a while so I guess personally, take multi vits help me.
Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.
There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.
