supplement advice

hey
ive been training for over 3years and have enjoyed good progress. i am quite a regular taker of protein powder and have used different brands of creatin. at the moment i have run out of protein and was thinking of ordering from myprotein. what would people reccomend. was thinkng of 5kg of unflavoured whey and some CEE tablets. is there anything else people would reccomend or something different instead? thanx.

Apart from a well organised diet, whey protein and creatine would be fine, wouldnt need anything else.

If your strapped for time to eat during the day/night, MRP's, protein bars would be an add on.

Thats it really, but if you want to spend more money, perhaps l-glutamine, a general multi vit and, errrrrrm, thats it lol. You could always buy me some mrps's or protein bars

    errrrrrm I guess not.

My diet is sound but I still use them, I also use vit c, zinc and some others. For some reason, ever since Ive been using them, Ive never felt sick or anything. Before then, I used to catch colds or get a temperature every like 3-4 months. Weight training lowers the power of immune system for a while so I guess personally, take multi vits help me.
