sust/deca/dbol 1st cycle - FOLLOW ALONG !
The time has finally come.

Previous 'cycle' : a stupid stunt of consuming 100 dbols (thai) over a 1 1/2 weeks period in jan 2003. gains from this was about 13 pounds of weight, which was all lost as i had no clomid etc. I must say tho that my strength went through the roof and looked nice n bulky for the 2 week period !
After a 3 month lay off, Ive been back in the gym for 4 weeks and Im pi$$ed off, feel like a skinny fooka [}:)]
week 1 : 1000mgs sust 800mg deca 25mg dbol/day
week 2 : 500mg sust 800mg deca 20mg dbol/day
week 3 : 500mg sust 400mg deca 15mg dbol/day
week 4 : 500mg sust 400mg deca 10mg dbol/day
week 5 : 500mg sust 400mg deca 5mg dbol/day
weeks 6 - 10 : 500mg sust 400mg deca
week 13: clomid @ usual dose
nolvadex 20mg EOD starting when i think neccesary.Sust = karachi, Deca =Norma, dbols = anabols
As Dbol is not recommended when fronloaded as this can cause crashes in blood levels, i theorised that if i taper down, ill not be causing a crash in levels. I wanna do BOTH the frontload AND dbol cuz i want to reach peak levels QUICKLY AND get the dbol pumps ! (greedy fooka aint i ?!)
This starts on monday 2nd June 2003.Training :
Day one: Legs - Squats, leg press, stiff leg deads, calf raises
Day two : rest
Day three: Chest and Arms - flat bench, incline DB, dips, BB curls, skull crushers
Day four: Rest
Day five : Back and shoulders - deads, rows, pulldowns, DB presses, laterals, upright rows.
Days six and seven : Rest
Diet: High cal, high protien, high carbs.
Supps : N-large2, whey protein, maltodextrin powder for xtra carbs, milk thistle and ALA.
Goals : 15 stone (ish), for now. Not worried about bodyfat, just wanna get B-I-G !

My body looks almost exactly at that level at the moment.

What do you guys think of my cycle and overall plan?
