sweats on n.o-explode

im having it at 7pm but still cant sleep until midnight

even ephedrine doesnt do that to me does anyone have any suggestions?

i woke up with really bad sweats the other day

i am taking it half an hour after food not on an empty stomach as is advised

    How many scoops?

    Try reducing it to 1 scoop.

    As Thai said, reduce your dosage in order to build up your tolerance. You can then gradually increase it. I found it pretty potent the first time I used it but the effect gradually decreased over the next few days and i ended up having 3 scoops per serving.

    You're not really supposed to have it after 6pm mate, due to the high caffeine content.

    it says do not take less then 5 hours before bed which i suppose would make sense as i cant sleep till after 12

    ive done the same tonight, i shall take 1 scoop in future during the week and two scoops at the weekend (when i train in the afternoon and go to bed at 4am)

    thai - i remember you said that the last time i was having different trouble on it, i really should listen to you

    just think what it does to your gh, cortisol, etc levels-no sleep means poor gains.
    is it worth the buzz to eat into your muscle gains overnight? could 'too much' be counterproductive?

    Dont take 4-5 hours before bed mate. Its got a shed load of caffeine and other additives for mind stimulation and energy. as for the sweats...not too sure. all i can say is drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration
