taking creatine chewables first time

i workout at the gym 5 days a week, and i just got some creatine chewables today, but i do have some questions

1. what does it exactly do? how does it make u stronger? by letting u workout longer, etc?

2. there are 40 tablets, and it says to take about 1-2 a day. how many should i take, 1 or 2? and when? before or after workouts, with what?

3. should i take the chewables even when i dont workout?

4. when should i start seeing results?

    Don't expect miracles from it, but I find slight increases in strength.

    should i go into a loading period? and if so, how many chewables should i take a day?

    btw, each chewables is 2.5 grams of creatine

    It depends on the creatine type. If it is Monohyrdate you load, if it is CEE you don't. I use CEE, one in the morning before breakfast, one 30 minutes before training and one immediately after.
