taking time off while on gear

right lets say you little burnt out and not getting gains or pumps that should at middle of 12wkcycle test. your going thru the motions and getting bored.

has anyone done this and took week off the gym and  make come back just explode with new gains and pumps strength. I keep reading every 8-10 weeks ppl take 5-7 days off so they can recover and continue gaining. Maybe mike mentzur had good idea ,im thinking off  doing this on my 1st cycle

I take a week off after every 8-10 weeks because it is nice to have a relaxing week off and when I come back after that time I have a hunger for working out again which can only be good in the long run!

if your on 1st cycle any your gains have stoped 6weeks into a 12 week cycle you dont need a rest you need to stop the gear and sort your training and eating out

if you feel that you need a rest do it now before the cycle starts, no way in hell you want to be resting mid cycle

i havent had a rest in 3 years apart from when in hospital

Wouldn't it be great if we had a steroid forum here?

I know, then at least we'd get all the creatine questions directed there instead of general.
