test 400 lft's changes

Evening people. Just after a bit of advice please.

Back in Dec i was drinking silly amounts of beer, to cut a long story short. I had blood test for flu camp medical trial (had no idea they would be doing full blood counts) anyway my lfts liver function test was high so i wasn't able to do it. Lost out on £2700 but prob a blessing to get that well man check cause i would be still unaware. And gave me the opportunity to change my lifestyle....Anyway after a month detox my results have gone from 4 x above to just above normal thats with eating healthy almonds, walnuts etc lots of fruits smoothies with kale and spinach in 1 or 2 a day, green tea etc...and obviously no beer and tbh i prob wont go back to it, the benefits are out weighing everything else.

Question I am having repeat bloods done in 6 weeks but this test 400 cycle I have put back for a few weeks and want to get it started, dropped BF food is stocked up thanks to good deals at musclefood. The Dr i spoke to said training/exercise/working out weights or what ever can show raised levels in liver lfts results. I wondered was this very minimal with IM jabs ? and from what i understand doesnt affect the liver..I wasnt gonna start it till they are normal but if it doesn't have an impact on liver then can see no reason why not to start...I dont have many gym m8's to get advice from with this, like to keep it quiet. So thought about asking on here for advice....Was considering them double strength  liv 52's again but wondered if i eat clean is that better

A bit about me trained for years previous cycles I have done 4 pro hormone cycles and 2 test 400 each 12 weeks 1 ml every 3 days. orals I have done a pct but with test i haven't each time never had gyno and also not lost much if any size or strength.

Your doc is off on a workout affecting liver enzymes. Your CK or creatine kinase yes. When you injure a muscle from a workout it elevates the CK which is processed through the kidneys. We also check CK for heart tissue damage during a heart attack. Your liver enzymes you earned through drinking. Takes a while to restore them. Lots of fluids and clean living.
