test/deca

Am thinking about starting a cycle of Test and deca (first time with steroids), Just want advice on what dosage people recommend how long to stay on the cycle for and what pct i would need?

    First cycle, i would keep it simple with 500mg test per week for 12 weeks mate


    If you wanna do Deca and test,

    Then: test 500mg per week for 12 weeks
    Deco 400mg per week for ten weeks

    PCT: Day 1: Nolva 60mg
    Next 10 days:Nolva 40mg
    Next 10 days: Nolva 20mg

    Thanks mate, call me dumb but im slightly comfused about 500mg? my mates always talk about the dosage in ml?

    well, it depends on how much of the gear you have per ml

    So if you have 250mg PER ML, then to get 500mg you would need 2ml

    When you get your gear, you should be told/find out how many Mg it is per ML

    (most test e for example is 250mg/ml)

    Lots..

    Dbol @ 50mg per day for 6 weeks...Only got to the third week , ah them were the days

    But my first proper researched cycle (Test E@ 500mg per week, 12 weeks)..just some bloat tbh mate nothing horrific.

    You'll be fine, just make sure diet/training/PCT are in check, you'll gain a treat

    could you give advice on diet - i wanna get big but want to look ripped. Diet at the min - porridge with skimmed milk - protein shake for breakfast. Apple, tuna and beetroot on seeded bread at 10 30ish. tuna and beetroot on seeded bread and banana and yoghurt at 1ish. Banana and protein shake 5-30 ish ( pre training ) protein shake 7 30ish post traing. grilled chicken breast x 2, broccoli, carrots and coliflour (boiledf until i get a steamer) 8 30ish.
