the best weight gain / wheys

hi, i would like very much to know the best quality whey / weight gainer i can buy as i tried body fortress super weight gain and was rubbish,

my body: 12.5 stone
bit of a beer belly
stockish build
skinny arms
28 years old and only 5 ft 5 inches in height.

me above, ive never been so serious about bodybuilding my whole life and just for years i never had the chance due to hard lifestyle but now have just started the journey 1 week now .

    why not make your own weigh gainer shakes, skimmed milk, get some unflavoured whey, a banana, some fine oats, some peanut butter, blend it all up and there you have it !

    toxic toffee has this or similar on his diet sheets in diet section.

    probably work out cheaper in long run too as you can get unflavoured whey for a s little as £25 for 4.5kg.

    Yep he's right, your better off just getting whey (from all-in-one or Myprotein), then making your own weight gainer by adding different grub. Works out cheaper away.
