That is very expensive for "creatine". I'm sure with a little research you can find 100's of cheaper options. :)

    Thanks

it's my news year's resolution to link to bulkpowders

    http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product.php?xProd=70&xSec=16

add an order of dextrose to take with it,
    alternatively buy some from boots/pharmacy

So you don't have a card? I think I read about a way of buying off the net without a card... some kind of cash for credit-token type thing. I say that as I don't know about Ireland. Say whereabouts you are and perhaps someone will know.

Isn't there a Nutmeg store or a Tony Quinn's store in Limerick?

The main ingredients in Maximuscle Creatamax extreme (I take it from your previous post that this is what u paid 64euros for) is mainly creatine monohydrate and glucose/dextrose.

Buy your own creatine/glucose and mix them yourself its much cheaper.

1 serving of creatmax is roughly 5g creatine and 25g glucose (well it used to be)

    5g creatine = 1 teaspoon
    25g glucose = 2 tablespoons
    250ml (half a pint) Water

Mix some orange squash to flavour.

Honestly mate thats all it is. For 64 euros you could buy about 6months worth at least like this.
