these exercises ok to add on frankies routine

Towards frankie's routine he states that you should only do compounds and just wondering if these exercises can be used for substitutes and be used as compounds

Decline bench press
Sumo deadlift
Romanian Deadlift
dumbell squats

And if there are more compound exercises besides ones frankie posted please state them.

    I'd say they're all fine as substitutes except for DB squats which is a fairly crap exercise really because (a) it's as much a deadlift as a squat so isn't a great substitute and (b) you can't use very heavy weight because you're hampered by grip/forearm/lack of dumbbells issues.

    Other options

    for bench press:

    Incline Press
    Flat/decline/incline press with dumbbells

    for deadlift:

    Good morning (Personally I wouldn't substitute DLs for GMs for any long period but it could be a decent alternative for a period.)

    If you mean snatch pull, then yes that would be a suitable replacement. As would snatches, power snatches, cleans, power cleans and clean pulls. But I wouldn't expect many people on here to know how to perform them so I generally wouldn't mention them.
